Who is Sunshine?
I am a born energy, hands-on/distant healer. I came into this world this way! I've never not been working with energy in nature, with people, and animals.
I have many gifts. I am a Reiki master, but more proudly a divine creation with healing gifts. I have the ability to see into the body and where the energetic depletions and blocks are. I am a seer, code weaver, Shaman, with intuitive psychic capabilities. We will, when called for, bring in mindset and perspective shifts, along with accountability.
I have a deep loving heart which allows me to tune into where my client is needing release from stored energy, and this allows me to connect and care deeply, transferring my loving ways.
I have the ability to see your energy system, and where blocks, frazzled, or disconnected energy is. In every session we will cleanse, clear, restore, heal, ground, set flow and frequency of your energy. Switching into the parasympathetic nervous system to bring back peace, love, and harmony.
Understanding your energy system
Our body is made up from the quantum field of energy. Each one of us has energy centers (chakras), energy meridians, energy chords, and energy fields. This is your energy system.
This energy system stores past, present and future experiences. When this system is balanced, aligned and grounded our energy runs smoothly. A balanced energy system gives us vitality, peace, love, connection, synchronicity, attraction, flow, and an overall feeling of well-being.
When we store pain, guilt, shame, negativity, and toxicity in our body we become unbalanced. This can cause a feeling of low energy, lack of motivation, discomfort, loss of hope, confusion, unsureness, sadness, and more. Balancing your energy and addressing pressing and suppressed energy restores balance and harmony within.
Each one of us is unique as our experiences in life are our own. Sunshine "sees" your uniqueness, so each session is individual to the person.

Mindset
What we think and speak is what we become and experience. Moving your mind from negative to positive thinking is the difference between good days and suffering days. Mindset is a key component to what frequency you operate on. We will work on perspective, letting go, reframing, choosing, and reprogramming your mindset. Mindset is the gateway to joy, love, peace, and manifestation.
Spiritual Guidance
Connecting to your truth center, building confidence, releasing old patterns. Affirmations, journaling practices, and daily routines for transformation.
Equine / Dogs / Animals
Sweet caring energy healing with light touch. Sunshine owned a rescue farm for several years and did healing work with sick, abused, neglected and elderly animals. Your baby is gonna love a session with Sunshine. Sessions available remote or in person.
